Just as diverse as the snack options available under the Frito-Lay family of brands is the richness in diversity and experiences of the Frito-Lay workforce. Their employees are their biggest most precious investment. Mercedes addressed her experiences as a successful Latina salesperson in the male-dominated world of information technology during their diversity and inclusion conference. She was able to deliver an inspiring and action oriented program to encourage her audience to embrace all the strengths that inclusion brings to their workgroup relationships and for increasing the scope of product development.
